This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all donations and merchandise sales made to SHS Majorette Boosters dba Major Mamas, a nonprofit organization registered in California.

By making a contribution or purchasing merchandise from majormamas.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

1. Donations – All Sales Final

All donations made to Major Mamas—whether one-time or recurring—are considered final and non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, contributions are treated as charitable gifts and are used to further our mission of empowering young women through leadership, dance, and educational programs.

Please review all donation information carefully before submitting. In the event of a duplicate transaction or billing error, you may contact us at info@majormamas.org within 7 calendar days of the transaction for review. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund is warranted on a case-by-case basis.

2. Merchandise – No Refund or Return Policy

All merchandise purchased through Major Mamas, either via our website, events, or third-party platforms, is non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to clothing, accessories, and promotional items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with design or color

However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests must include a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Major Mamas to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks and provide supporting documentation to financial institutions as needed. Donors and buyers agree not to dispute valid charges related to donations or merchandise under this policy.
